Even though you can tune quite a lot of variables in MySQL Servers only few of them are really important for most common workload. After you get these settings right other changes will most commonly offer only incremental performance improvements.

YouTube – Ferris Bueller’s Day Off 10
What’s that song that plays when Ferris Bueller is running home at the end? It was also in Family guy when Stewie runs to the pool. The song is called march of the Swivelheads by the english Beat. Go to time 5:13 on this video to hear the best part.

Technically, that Ferris Bueller scene starts out with Yello’s “Oh Yeah”; and then appears to be mixed into what I am assuming is the Swivelheads song you referenced (i’m not familar with them).

anyways, if you’re looking for the song with the OHHHHHHH YEEEEEAAAH KOOL AID MAN sample, that’d be Yello.

They probably have a number of other songs you’re familiar with by ear.

  3. rajbot, I wasn’t looking for the Oh Yeah song, just the one that’s playing around the time he’s on the trampoline in that scene.

    BTW, why the tags?
